Payment Options

SAAKO DESIGN accepts several methods of payment:

Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Maestro
Debit Cards – Visa or MasterCard
PayPal – registered email account

We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders, nor do we offer any sort of layaway or COD service.

Shipping & Delivery

SAAKO DESIGN processes orders on weekdays. International orders accepted and delivered within 14 business days. Weekend delivery cannot be guaranteed. We use a variety of carriers to deliver orders, and some do not deliver on weekends. Geographic shipping restrictions may apply to particular products. Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.

Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange unwashed within 10 days from the received date. The shipping charge is not refunded. Exchanges can be made for the same item or other item of equal value. Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received and refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment.

All returns must be authorized by email first. In order to process a return, please send mail to mail@saaodesign.com explaining reason. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Re-pack (in the original package if possible) and send it to address listed on original packaging.

Items returned for a refund must be sent to us insured and unopened and be in a ‘new’ condition. Items returned will be fully checked before a refund is issued (excluding shipping). SAAKO DESIGN will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of returned goods (excluding shipping). Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.


We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
All refunds will be credited to the method of payment used for the original purchase.
Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
